The subject of the contract includes providing comprehensive, systematic legal services to the Maritime Office in Szczecin as the investor of the Project "Carrying out works to enable water transport to the external port in Świnoujście" in the field of public procurement and implementation of contracts concluded with entities performing works or services in the scope of the Investment in question. In addition, the Contractor of this contract will be obliged to provide legal advice to UMS in relations with administrative bodies issuing consents, opinions, decisions, administrative provisions, etc. in the implementation of the Investment and in relations with external stakeholders of the Project (including public administration bodies, private entities). In addition, the Contractor will provide comprehensive legal services at the points of contact with the Task of the Multiannual Programme entitled "Construction of a breakwater for the new Outer Port in Świnoujście", as well as at the points of contact, if any, arise in connection with the construction of a container terminal, whose investor will be the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority (ZMPSiŚ).
