The agreement concerns services. The Ministry of Defence's Materiel and Procurement Agency intends to use the Services for the implementation of projects within procurement of equipment, business development and IT. Procurement projects must be carried out in accordance with the Prince2 project management model or equivalent, and IT projects in accordance with the Prince2 project management model, the State IT project model or equivalent.
