Rypin Purchasing Group. Supply of electricity in the period from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023 - up to 544 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 3,342.21 MWh, including:

1) For premises and facilities of tariff groups C, G, R - Part 1 of the contract – 2 271.74 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ

2) For premises and facilities, tariff group B - Part 2 of the contract – 595.98 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ

3) For the needs of road lighting - Part 3 of the contract - 474.49 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c SWZ

The above-mentioned forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the ordering parties (consumers), except for the need to pay for the amount of energy actually consumed.

Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - tariff groups C, G, R

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 384 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 2 271.74 MWh. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023. Details of delivery times in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. The Contracting Authority Regionalny Zakład Utylizacji Odpadów Komunalnych "Rypin" Sp. z o.o. has the status of a producer. The RES installation has two sources - biogas - capacity 80.00 kWp and photovoltaic panels - power 9.00 kWp. The contracting authority envisages concluding with the contractor whose bid will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in RES micro-installations and not used at the place of its production (approximately 1.50 MWh during the term of the contract), which will be valid throughout the delivery period.

6. The subject of the contract shall be the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of the European Parliament and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended) amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 27 September 2022 amending the regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2007). The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).

8. CPV code under which the subject of the contract is classified: 09300000-2 - Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear power, 09310000-5 — Electricity

9. Based on the Power of Attorney granted, the Contractor will be obliged to submit the contract on its own behalf and the contracting authority to the relevant DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.

10. The contracting authority reserves the right to use Article 139(1) of the PPL, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating bids, and then selecting the contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure

11. As a result of the award of the public procurement procedure, 15 contracts will be concluded.

12. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of security of due performance of the contract.

14. The Ordering Party demands a deposit in the amount of - Part 1 of the contract: PLN 30,000.00.

Electricity supply to premises and facilities — tariff group B

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 6 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 595.98 MWh.

The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. For all PPE, the change of seller will take place once again.

Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting

1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 154 pcs.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 474.49 MWh. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.08.2023 to 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
