The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Law of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of farming, harvesting and logging (including logging and ripping of timber (including acquisition of multi-operational machines) to be executed in Żagań Forest District in 2022.
Package VI — Specialist package — Timber Acquisition — Mirostowice forestry, Trzebów, Ponds1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of farming, harvesting and logging (including logging, logging and ripping of timber (including acquisition of multi-operational machines) to be executed in Żagań Forest District in 2022.
2) The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of forest farming, harvesting and lumber harvesting (including the acquisition of multi-operational machinery) resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;
Annex No 3.4. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
Annex No 3.5. — restrictions on work arising from nature conservation
3. The material ranges set out in Annexes Nos 3.1.-3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry work is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
Package VII — Specialist Package — Timber Acquisition — Łozy Forestry, Baszkowo, Karliki1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of farming, harvesting and logging (including logging, logging and ripping of timber (including acquisition of multi-operational machines) to be executed in Żagań Forest District in 2022.

Package IX — Specialized package — Mechanical work in the field of forest breeding1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming (including acquisition by machinery multi-operational) to be performed in Żagań Forest District in the year 2022.
2) The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of forest farming work from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:
Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;
Annex No 3.5. — restrictions on work arising from nature conservation
Annex No 3.6. — location of seedlings
3. The kind ranges collated in Annexes 3.1 and 3.6 are estimated.
4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract, are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in organizational units State Forests.
