Technical, administrative and financial assistance relating to the definition and management of projects under the Interreg programmes 2021-2027

The services are described in the specifications. The single-contractor framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices fixed in the price list to the quantities actually performed. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:Minimum excl. VAT / 12 months: 20,000.00 euro(s) Maximum excl. VAT / 12 months: 100,000.00 euro(s) The amounts will be the same for each renewal period
