The object of this contract is the assignment of the supply with installation and installation of systems for detecting traffic light violations pursuant to art. 146 Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 285/1992 and subsequent amendments (Highway Code, hereinafter CdS) in favor of the Municipality of Alessandria, by lease, including the supply of software for the validation of infringements detected by the devices and related ancillary services, and with the right of redemption, for a period of three years.

I.Il contract relates to the lease of equipment for the automatic detection of traffic light violations, including the installation, maintenance and related services of no. 2 fixed stations approved for the electronic control of violations of the Highway Code and related services, to be implemented on 12 lanes leading to the following intersections:

a)C.so T. Borsalino/XX Settembre/Via Cavour (nine lanes);

b) Via Remotti/S.P. 31 (three lanes);
