The purpose of this Aoe 248 consultation is:
- Realization of real estate diagnostics as and when needs arise in the context of the company's activities (diagnostics at relocation, diagnosis in common areas, pre-work diagnoses, pre-demolition diagnoses) on Batigère's heritage Rhône-Alpes,
- the renewal of diagnoses of Batigère Rhône-Alpes (Dpe, Crep, Dapp) whose validity date has expired.
The framework agreement concerns the property held and managed by Batigère Rhône-Alpes in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region (4 552 housing units).
