The planned award includes the technical planning technical equipment LPH 2-9 according to § 53 HOAI for the system groups 1-3, 7u. 8. The assignment is made as a tier contract, the first stage concludes with service phase 4.

Special services are:

- Basic consideration of TGA in timber construction,

- Participation in the preparation of a report to assess sustainability,

- participation in the creation of a room book,

- Establishing a detailed property description as the basis of the service description,

- drawing up the service description with the service program,

- Examination of the execution planning drawn up by the construction company,

- preparation of the building documentation,

- preparation of the inventory documentation,

- Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period.

An office building with a gross floor area of approx. 3,900 m is to be built for the State Mobility Service for the State of Rhineland-Palatinate on the approx. 6 481 large plot in the area of Cochem, district Cond Flur 15, parcel 1006 2 be built in timber construction using a service description with a service program. According to the feasibility study prepared in advance, the costs for the cost group 300 + 400 are approx. EUR 9.24 million gross.

The completion of performance level 1 is scheduled for the end of February 2021.
