Statens innkjøpssenter [the Government Procurement Centre] hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a Government joint agreement on the purchase of travel agency services.

The tenderers to the Joint Agreement shall deliver all types of travel agency services, including an online booking portal (web and App) and manual services. An overriding goal for the Joint Agreement is the maximum degree of self booking via the portal, and the Tenderer is expected to take ownership of the process to increase self booking by the Contracting Authority.

The following is included in the Joint Agreement as non-exclusive options: (1) Group and conference services, (2) visa services and (3) maritime related services. Demand for these services varies greatly amongst the organisations, and call-offs are thus dependent on arising needs amongst the individual Contracting Authorities.

The Government Procurement Centre is holding the commercial part of the competitions on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The Government Procurement Centre is the Contract owner and is responsible for strategic contract management. The individual Contracting Authority with booking units will have operative responsibility for the framework agreement through booking and monitoring the deliveries.
