The subject of the order is the liquidation of invasive plants — the elimination of clusters of Borszczt Sosnowski, Canadian goldenrod and spurine rdestowiec in the area of Kępice Municipality and Kobylnica Municipality using mechanical methods. The subject of the order is the liquidation of invasive plants — the elimination of clusters of Borszczt Sosnowski, Canadian goldenrod and spurine rdestowiec in the area of Kępice Municipality and Kobylnica Municipality using mechanical methods. Work related to the eradication of invasive plants should be carried out with precautions and the safety of workers (clothing and protective equipment), in accordance with legal regulations using the appropriate equipment necessary for the control of invasive plants. The material necessary for the execution of the order is provided by the EXCEPT. The Contractor provides equipment, tools and people in the quantities necessary for the smooth execution of the object of the order. The Contractor will only use such equipment which will not cause adverse effects on the quality of the work being carried out. Equipment that will be used to perform procedures must be in good technical condition (ready for work), must meet the requirements of environmental standards, regulations concerning its use and must be used as intended. People performing chemical treatments must be properly trained in the use of machines and tools. When eliminating invasive species at the edges of the waters and at single sites or clumps of small numbers, inflorescences should be cut down before fragmentation of the plant, without allowing for sowing and sowing of seeds. Green masses obtained after being mown shall not be traded in commodity. The green masses remaining after cutting should be shredded to the size of the mesh and left at the place of the procedure. Work on the elimination of invasive plants should be carried out on windless and dry days. Due to the toxic properties of liquidated vegetation when carrying out eradication procedures, special precautions are necessary. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage caused in the wild by its action. When carrying out work that is subject to the contract, the Contractor shall comply with health and safety regulations. In particular, the Contractor is obliged to ensure that employees operating on his contract do not carry out work in dangerous conditions that threaten their lives and health. Protective clothing and personal protective equipment necessary for the safe performance of tasks are provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall draw up a photographic documentation of the sites of occurrence of invasive plants before and after each procedure. The control of the work carried out will consist in particular on the verification of: timeliness of execution, accuracy of performance, correctness, quality and quantity of work performed, the effectiveness of the operation of mechanical procedures. The Contracting Authority recommends that prior to the submission of an offer in this proceeding, the Contractor shall make a local vision in the field in order to properly value the service. The Contracting Authority shall enable the Contractors applying for the award of the contract to carry out a vision of the local area of invasive plants covered by the contract and to obtain information for preparation.
