1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of fuel and non-fuel products for the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn divided into 2 parts.

2. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract - constituting the Annex to the SWZ.

3. The detailed scope of the order includes a price form for individual parts. According to the given scope, the price form should be completed separately for each part of the contract for which the Contractor submits an offer in accordance with the attached form.

4. The Contractor must have at its disposal a minimum of 1 service station operating around the clock and all days of the week in the place where the recipient is located.

Part No. 1

Delivery of fuel and non-fuel products for the Provincial Roads Region in Kętrzyn, 11-400 Kętrzyn, 20 Bałtycka Street

Attention:

The contractor should have a petrol station within the administrative boundaries of Kętrzyn (11-400).

The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract - constituting the Annex to the SWZ.
