Full service support as described in the subject of the order
Service including maintenance and repair of the Brillance CT 16 slice.
Payment in fixed monthly installments for a period of 24 months from the award of the contract.
The scope of service - a list of inspection activities (in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions):
1. checking mechanical safety;
2. checking for external defects;
3. control of wear of moving parts;
4. cleaning and lubrication of moving mechanical parts;
5. cleaning the inside of the camera;
6. checking the operating parameters, adjusting them if necessary;
7. electrical measurements in accordance with Philips recommendations;
8. checking the functioning of the device and its readiness for operation;
9. checking the image quality as well as the measurement and application values of the device, or adjustment in cases of their deviation from the normal values for the device standard;
The scope of service (repair):
The Contractor undertakes to perform diagnostics and repair after each failure report along with the preparation of a service report;
10. travel, diagnosis, repair services and equipment calibration;
11. remote diagnostics and repairs;
12. replacement of damaged spare parts (regardless of the cause of the damage), excluding the X-ray tube;
13. software and design modifications recommended by the manufacturer to improve performance and safety;
14. issuing of a certificate of fitness after repair.
