this contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum amounts per lot within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.The contract is concluded for an initial period from the date of notification to 31 December 2024, renewable three times by tacit agreement and per period of one year, without exceeding the date of 31/12/27, for a maximum annual amount per lot:-Lot 1: 40,000 EUR excl. VAT-Lot 2: 200,000 EUR excl. VAT-Lot 3: 80,000 EUR excl. VAT-Lot 4: 140,000 EUR (EXCL. VAT.).
