Study, direction and supervision of the equipment works of the Rossart business park in Flémalle

The purpose of the contract is to draw up the plans, studies and documents necessary for the execution of the work of equipment and implementation of the economic activities park of Rossart in Flémalle, the direction and the supervision of these works.

The perimeter of the mission is included in the annexed plan. The business park has an area of about 16.9ha.

The work on the equipment and implementation of the economic activity park is estimated at around 4.500.000 EUR excluding VAT.

The area has been the subject of an area recognition decree.
