As part of the Petroleum Safety Authority's project ‘Development in risk levels of Norwegian petroleum activities’ (Norwegian: RNNP) a questionnaire survey shall be conducted among all personnel working on the Norwegian Continental shelf and at onshore petroleum facilities. The questionnaire survey will be carried out in the period 11th October up to and including 21 November 2021, with presentation of reports in February and March 2022 in accordance with the assignment description.

A separate questionnaire form has been developed for diving personnel where data capture shall occur throughout the whole of 2022 with consequent analysis and presentation of reports in the first quarter of 2023.

Contract period: 1 August 2021 — 1 May 2023.
