Visit Sweden is looking for an IT partner who, together with Visit Sweden, is responsible, managing, structuring and planning for the Group's IT infrastructure with related policies. The procurement includes “IT as a Service” (ITAAs), including managing computers with special services, an IT service desk, networking, and operating and hosting infrastructure and server.
The provider shall work proactively and reactively on monitoring, data security, availability and ongoing management of systems, and is helpful in developing strategies and road choices for the Group. A contract will cover all areas where services are closely linked with each other with different dependencies.
The objective of the procurement is to improve the conditions of the business and to increase security, accessibility, simplify and streamline IT operations, as well as increase productivity by utilizing existing and new systems and working tools, so that IT adds so much to the Group value as possible.
The supplier shall be able to take over and operate the existing environment, and together with the Group develop these environments based on the needs picture of the business, and with the conditions of existing IT services in the organisation. The supplier shall also propose new technical solutions implemented together the Group.
The supplier's ability to proactivity, collusion and development of delivery are important criteria.

UVisit Sweden is seeking an IT provider that, together with Visit Sweden, is responsible, managing, structuring and planning for the Group's IT infrastructure with related policies. The procurement includes “IT as a Service” (ITAAs), including managing computers with special services, an IT service desk, networking, and operating and hosting infrastructure and server.
Contracting organization is V.S. VisitSweden AB (org. 556500-7621).
A framework agreement is signed with a supplier comprehensive a contract term of two (2) years with the possibility of extension with a maximum contract period of four (4) years. For the agreement, a ceiling value of SEK 20,000,000 is applicable.
The procurement is carried out under Open Procedure and will be evaluated according to the best price-quality ratio according to a value-added model.
