The services, subject of this contract, relate to: carrying out the environmental assessment of the PPRI of the Seine in the Eure for the purpose of consulting the environmental authority (General Council for the Environment and Sustainable Development) before an investigation public. The results of these services consist in the production by the holder of the following elements: the services are described precisely in the book of specific technical clauses; they include in summary:

- in phase 1: a collection of the data identified (nature, economic, social issues, etc.) by the service provider on a project in QGIS format, an SSD hard drive with 1TO capacity;

- in phase 2: the provisional environmental assessment dealing with the impact of the PPRI on the environment (in the broad sense);

- in phase 3: the final environmental assessment report necessary for consulting the environmental authority.
