The purpose of this contract is to reserve and occupy fifty-five residential places for elderly people in a situation of dependency, distributed in:
— lot 1, twenty-five places in Lobios Town Hall (Ourense),
— lot 2, twenty places in the City Hall of Palas de Rei (Lugo),
— lot 3, ten places in Parada de Sil Town Hall (Ourense).
Bidders must have a center (s) located in the corresponding municipalities to/the batch/s they tender, with residential care places for elderly persons in a situation of dependency, authorized and available to carry out, where appropriate, the execution of the contract.
They may make their bids to one or more lots and, within each lot, the bids must be to all the bidding places in the reference lot. Likewise, bidders may distribute the squares of the batch/s in different residential centres provided that they are located in the reference town hall of each lot.
