Part-bids are not accepted.
A clean vehicle of 20% of the number of vehicles used for the carriage of passengers must be equal to 20%. In them, only electricity, hydrogen or, in the first procurement period, a low-emission internal combustion engine, i.e. in practice a plug-in hybrid below the emission limit, is counted as the propulsion of a clean vehicle. The tenderer does not need to have a clean vehicle at his disposal at the tendering stage. The contracting entity may accept in the tender a written promise that the company will acquire a vehicle that complies with the requirements as soon as the contract begins.
Local transport is a discretionary transport service. The Customer reserves the right to reduce or not procure traffic that changes the need for services or the city's financial situation so requires.
The transport to be procured is public transport open to all. A line is a service whose route is specially designed and where the size of the vehicle has been selected on the basis of existing estimates of the number of passengers.
Customers are charged client fees in accordance with public transport fares. The payment method must be a payment card. If, according to the decision given by the Client, the Customer must have an escort/assistant, he or she will travel with him or her free of charge. The ticket revenue is taken into account as an advance payment of the operating compensation, which remains with the operator and the operator deducts the ticket revenue from the invoice sent to the Customer.
The tender shall include information on the vehicles to be used using the list of vehicles attached to it. The equipment must meet the demand. For local school shifts and other school shifts, everyone must have a seat.
