The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A — consisting of the transport of Shipments, the contents of which will constitute Postal Shipments and the contents of which will constitute dangerous goods within the meaning of Article 2 (4) of the Act on 19 August 2011 on the carriage of materials hazardous, under which the Contractor is obliged to accept consignments for carriage at the place and time limit set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, as set out in Annex No 1 to the contract, respectively, to the part and issue of the consignments accepted for carriage at the place specified therein appendix.

• that the vehicle using which the Shipments are transported will arrive at the place of issue of shipments within the time specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A,

• in the event that the place of acceptance of Shipments for carriage is not an organizational unit of the Ordering Party - loading Shipments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle at the place of acceptance of Shipments for carriage,

• in the event that the place of issue of Shipments is not an organizational unit of the Ordering Party - unloading Shipments from the vehicle at the place of issue of Shipments.

8. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the model contract.

9. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction.

10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for convening a meeting of Contractors.

11. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor, subcontractor or sub-subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of the contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code.

12. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor, but may not entrust the subcontractor with the performance of the contract in its entirety.

13. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, in the form of a single-source contract pursuant to Article 388 point 2 letter. C. PZP, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50 % of the value of the services being the subject of the basic contract). As the basic order, in this particular case, the Ordering Party understands the maximum number of kilometers (with the right of option) from the original order.
