Estimated amount of waste to be received and treated: 5 500 [Mg]. The Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of waste so determined is an indicative amount and the management of waste in an amount of less than 5 500 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, with the proviso that the Ordering Party is obliged to transfer to the Contractor for the purpose of management at least 1 500 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to provide this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on the general principles provided for by law generally Applicable.

The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor for management is 1 500 Mg.
