On 1.1.2019, the mixed union of the Port of Dieppe joins the joint syndicate of associated Normandy ports which will become the mixed union of the ports of Normandy. This contract will be subject to a transfer rider. In 2019, the management of the commercial activities of the Port of Dieppe will be the subject of a passage governed by corporate governance and financial autonomy. The contract holder will be informed of this transfer. The full recovery of previous commitments will be formalized by the signature of an amendment.

Mixed price market with:

A) a part at global price and lump sum:

1) a surveillance officer (ADS / ACVS) posted in the security area at the entrance to the Transmanche terminal (G. Lalitte pier) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;

2) a police dog round policeman:

- from 0:00 to 7:00 and 19:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Friday,

- from 0:00 to 24:00 on Saturdays and Sundays

- from 0:00 to 24:00 on public holidays

B) a part with purchase orders without minimum or maximum.

Market form: ordinary. Awarding of a single market with a flat-rate, all-inclusive part and a non-mini-max POs and an economic operator. Contract concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 1.2.2019 until 31.1.2020. The duration of the initial benefit period is 1 year.
