The above services correspond to Akademiska Hus' current need for valuation services. The needs may change/expand and also include other types of property valuation services.

This procurement does NOT include consultancy services and advice regarding real estate transactions, as Akademiska Hus has a separate agreement for this. See procurement (21/174) Framework agreement consultancy services real estate transactions, Sweden.
Through this procurement, Akademiska Hus wants to sign framework agreements with two (2) suppliers to carry out assignments as above. For some assignments, the services of both suppliers are needed, as Akademiska Hus needs a statement from two independent parties, and for some assignments, only one supplier's services are required. See further information in section 3. Requirement specification and section 1.3.3 Call-offs.
This procurement includes both assignments of a regular, recurring nature and assignments that are called off when necessary. Akademiska Hus does not guarantee any volumes, but has historically spent an average of approximately SEK 2.5 million annually for the services covered by this procurement.
