1. The subject of the contract is: Provision of a comprehensive service of washing hospital bed linen, workwear and other assortment along with disinfection for the benefit of medical entities of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.

1. The subject of the order is:
a) provision of laundry and disinfection services for hospital bed linen, hospital workwear, other assortment and other additional services listed in Appendix 4 to the Terms of Reference;
b) purchase of bed linen (duvet cover, pillowcase, sheet) provided to the Ordering Party systematically, according to the needs of the Hospital;
2. In order to confirm the compliance of the offered services/supplies with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority requires the following means of evidence:
1) A statement that the washing agents and disinfectants used in the washing process have bactericidal, mycobactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal properties and are approved for washing hospital linen;
2) A list of washing and disinfecting agents or washing and disinfecting agents that will be used to perform the subject of the contract (according to the template constituting Appendix No. 4B to the Terms of Reference) and descriptions, information materials concerning these agents, confirming their chemical properties and use in materials, should be indicated (marked) which item from the list (agent) they refer to;
3) Descriptions (catalogues, technical sheets) confirming compliance with the requirements set out in Appendix No. 4 Description of the subject of the contract – concerning bed linen.
The said evidence shall be submitted by the Contractor before the deadline for submission of tenders.
