Building A at Bjørkelangen Sixth Form College must be upgraded with 3 new facades and a new ventilation system.

The project includes Building A with a gross area of 1 715 m2 for the ground and first floor, a total of 3 430 m2. 2 ventilation rooms on the roof with a total gross area of 439 m2 shall be included in the project. Parts of the ground floor were renovated in 2010, such as the canteen and the scientific subjects wing facing west. These areas are not included except for necessary consequential works. Areas in the ground floor that are included in the project therfore amount to 919 m2. The total gross area of the project is 3 073 m2.

Areas included in the project must have a new ventilation system. The current ventilation system must be demolished.
