After the contract has been awarded, the Intelligence Office must have access to the requested software licenses and cloud services (including associated services and supplies) on demand.
The Framework Agreement to be concluded with the contractor for this purpose has an initial term for the duration of four years from the moment that the contractor has fully operational its services in accordance with the provisions of this tender guideline and the Programme of Requirements and Questions in the opinion of the contractor.
