Description:
Purchase and delivery of consumables for Kyocera, Triumh Adler printing devices for CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC, KWP in Katowice and subordinate units for 2023-2024

The subject of the contract is: Purchase and delivery of consumables for Kyocera, Triumh Adler printing devices for CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC, KWP in Katowice and subordinate units for the years 2023-2024, divided into two parts (two tasks).

Task No. 1 "Purchase and delivery of consumables for Kyocera printing devices for CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC, KWP in Katowice and subordinate units for the years 2023-2024".

Task No. 2 Purchase and delivery of original consumables for Kyocera, Triumh Adler printing devices for CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC, KWP in Katowice and subordinate units for the years 2023-2024".

The subject of the contract includes deliveries, m.in of inks, toners, drums, tapes for equipment

Printing.

A detailed list of assortment is described in Annex 3 to the SWZ price form.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for exercising the right of option

The Ordering Party provides for the implementation of deliveries successively according to current needs.

Task No. 1: Purchase and delivery of consumables for Kyocera printing devices for CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC, KWP in Katowice and subordinate units for the years 2023-2024

The subject of the contract includes deliveries, m.in of inks, toners, drums, tapes for printing devices. A detailed list of assortment is described in Annex 3 to the SWZ - price form.

As part of the contract, the contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of option

The Ordering Party provides for the implementation of deliveries successively according to the current needs of the Ordering Party.

Settlement will take place on the basis of actually delivered materials in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, according to unit prices offered in the price form.

The unit price of the service indicated by the Contractor in the price form includes all costs and components related to the implementation of the contract, including material valuation, delivery cost, cost of collection and disposal of used materials from the Ordering Party, VAT.

The Ordering Party requires that the collection of used consumables takes place at least during each delivery carried out by the Contractor. The manner of preparation of used materials by the Ordering Party for collection will be agreed with the Contractor.

The Ordering Party requires that the delivery time of the ordered materials should not exceed 5 working days.

The contracting authority in task no. 1 allows contractors to offer an equivalent assortment in the form of substitutes. By equivalent products, the Ordering Party means substitutes characterized by full compatibility with the devices in which they are to be

used as consumables, with comparable i.e. the same or better print quality, drying speed, color, capacity, efficiency and having analogous functions, e.g. information on the wear status of the cartridge. The contractor is obliged to prove functions, e.g. information about the state of consumption of the cartridge. It shall be for the contractor to prove that the material offered is an equivalent product.
