Provision of insurance services for Westward Housing Group Ltd.
1.1) Westward Housing Group is looking for a provider to be appointed to provide a programme of insurance and related services, plus an engineering inspection contract.
1.2) You have applied under an OJEU Competitive Procedure with Negotiation procedure to submit a full Tender for the provision of Insurance and related Services to Westward Housing Group.
1.3) The required services consist of 2 lots.
1.4) Services under Lots 1 to 2 may include insurance broking, insurance underwriting or a combination of both. We require a suitable provider of insurance broking and/or insurance underwriting services to design, place and manage our programme of general insurance and to advise us in the future.
Management of the services will also include day to day support and advice, training, claims management, insurable risk management services and all other related services required by us and included by the successful bidder in their proposal.
1.5) The term of the contract will commence with cover inception on 28.10.2018, although preparatory work to set in place the programme may be required before this date. The duration of the new contract is expected to be for a period of 3 annual policy periods from 28.10.2018. A further extension of this contract by 1 or 2 years may be considered by the contracting Authority strictly subject to satisfactory performance and annual review.
