1.The subject of the contract is the delivery and unloading, bringing, assembly and setting up in the indicated room of brand new, unused swivel chairs for tax administration chambers, hereinafter referred to as Units", as part of the project "Strengthening the potential of units of the National Revenue Administration and the Ministry of Finance aimed at ensuring the proper handling of trade in goods with Great Britain in connection with Brexit (BAR for the National Treasury)".
2.The Contractor undertakes to unpack and assemble chairs for all parts using its own tools, as well as to remove all waste (i.e. packaging) and impurities resulting from these activities and to take them away at his own expense.
