As part of the new construction of building H, the new outdoor facilities with firefighting bypass and the West car park will be required.

A car park with a total of 162 parking spaces is being built west of building H. The area is completely asphalted. Some of the parking stands are intended as e-parkers. For cyclists, a covered bicycle parking facility will be set up in the car park area.

Furthermore, a fire brigade bypass around building H and all inner courtyards will be paved.

There is a filling area for tankers in the western area of the fire brigade bypass.

Access authorization is regulated by electronic barrier systems.

In parts of the outdoor areas, planting beds of different sizes are being set up throughout the entire construction site.

Different types of ground covers, shrubs and trees are planted here.

Tree planting in the western car park takes place in corten steel tubs.

Surface drainage takes place via box channels with different dimensions. These drain into an existing pond system via troughs and a stream (south of building H).

Additional bicycle parking spaces will be set up between building H and building G (canteen).

Here, an existing guide system for the blind consisting of tactile floor indicators is also connected, in some cases in combination with a box channel.
