The purpose of the procurement is to enter into two framework agreements to cover the need for age surveys through radiological examination and assessment of the carpus. The service is divided into two lots and includes x-ray imaging of the hand and carpus (lot 1) and radiological assessment of x-ray images of the hand and carpus (lot 2). The framework agreements can have the same tenderer or two different tenderers for each of the services.

Framework agreement for analysis of received x-ray images of the hand/carpus. Two independent radiologists will assess the received images for age estimation using the Greulisch & Pyle Atlas and send the analysis to the contracting authority in Norway electronically in a secure and encrypted manner. The service/analysis itself can be carried out in Norway or the EU zone.
