A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ which consists of:
- design documentation, including: architectural and construction design, bill of quantities
Due to the flat-rate nature of the Contractor's remuneration, the bill of quantities is only ancillary. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the design documentation and STWiOR.
- technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works
The place of implementation of the subject of the contract is the area of the Henryków Forest District, Sarby Forestry.

2.4 The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – low retention and counteracting water erosion in mountain areas. Project identification number : POIS.02.01.00-00-0006/16-00. Estimated value of the entire project PLN 206,652,000.00.
2.5 The value of the project referred to in point 2.4 should not be equated with the value of the present proceedings. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act [PZP], the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been driven away, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.
