Task No. 1 - Supply of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and service equipment of the WFD in Parczew and Road Circuit No. 1 in Parczew
Deliveries will rely on:
a) refuelling with unleaded petrol PB-95 in the amount of up to 5 000 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel up to 14,000 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical performance of the car
b. Task No. 2 - Supply of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and service equipment of the Road District No. 2 in Ostrów Lubelski
Deliveries will rely on:
(a) refuelling with unleaded PB-95 petrol in quantities up to 1 500 litres.
(b) refuelling of up to 15 000 litres.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical efficiency of the car
Supply of liquid fuels and consumables for vehicles and service equipment of the WFD in Parczew and Road Circuit No. 1 in ParczewDeliveries will rely on:
a) refuelling with unleaded petrol PB-95 in the amount of up to 5 000 l.
(b) refueling diesel fuel up to 14,000 l.
c) purchase of consumables directly related to the protection of the technical efficiency of the car (in particular engine, lubricating, hydraulic oils, radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.) – as needed
Delivery terms:
a) Refueling of vehicles and purchase of consumables - cashless at the Contractor's service station.
b) The petrol station should be located at a distance of no more than 5 km from the headquarters of the WFD in Parczew, 21 Wojska Polskiego Street.
c) Issuing to the driver after each refueling a document confirming the fact of taking fuels for the company car or consumables.
d) The service station will be available to the Ordering Party at least on non-public holidays at least from 7.00 to 15.00
(e) Ensure that the invoiced fuel price and prices for other consumables purchased are consistent with the prices applicable to the Contractor at the time of purchase taking into account the discharge offered.
3) Issuance of collective VAT invoices settling receivables for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more than twice a month.
4) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantities of fuels ordered in accordance with the needs of the WFD in Parczew.
5) Fuels must meet the requirements set out in the Announcement of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 21 June 2023 on the publication of the consolidated text of the Regulation on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314).
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the assortment of delivery of one fuel to another, within the maximum value of the entire order.
