This invitation to tender covers: assistance in developing questionnaires and processing data on environmental accounts, methodological support.

The statistical services forming the subject of this invitation to tender are divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Support for validation and development of monetary environmental accounts;

Lot 2: Data collection and development of physical environmental accounts;

Lot 3: Updating and application of models to estimate raw material equivalent (RME model);

Lot 4: Support to water statistics production and water accounts development;

Lot 5: Secondary raw materials and waste accounting;

Lot 6: Economic aspects of the circular economy.

The objective of this call for tender for lot 6 is to develop frameworks for compilation of economic data on circular economy and bioeconomy, compile data and to describe a generic conceptual method and define delineation process.
