The subject of the contract is the successive, cyclical acceptance and management in the process of energy recovery of waste with the code 19 12 10 (RDF) from the Waste Disposal Plant in Promnik, Strawczyn commune.
Part No. 1Lot No. 1 - The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be approximately 1,500 Mg (the minimum guaranteed amount of waste that the Contractor will process is 1,000 Mg).
Transport of waste with the code 19 12 10 to the Contractor's installation is the responsibility of the Contracting Entity. The Contractor's installation may not be more than 70 km away from the Ordering Party's installation, counting the distance on public roads for vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons.
Part No. 2Lot No. 2 - The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be approximately 1,500 Mg (the minimum guaranteed amount of waste that the Contractor will process is 1,000 Mg).
Transport of waste with the code 19 12 10 to the Contractor's installation is the responsibility of the Contracting Entity. The Contractor's installation may not be more than 70 km away from the Ordering Party's installation, counting the distance on public roads for vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons.
