The implementation of a service consisting of three separate actions:

1. build his professional project,

2. assess its level and basic knowledge,

3. Remove the psychological brakes on occupational mobility intended for certain Plaice members; these three actions and their modules can be mobilized independently of each other.

The objectives of these actions are:

— build a professional project allowing: the emergence or clarification of one to two realistic and feasible professional projects on the employment pool, taking into account the level of qualification, abilities and abilities of the member. The definition of a specific action plan for access to the employment target, to be implemented with the employment attendant, and by the member;

— assess its level and basic knowledge enabling verification of the feasibility of a professional project and/or access to training;

— lifting psychological brakes
