Part No. 2 of the order: Establishment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and collection and management of municipal waste separately supplied by property owners from the Tomaszów Mazowiecki commune in 2023. The scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is determined by the Description of the subject of the contract and the essential provisions of the contract.

Type of waste accepted in PSZOK: 1) paper and cardboard; 2) metals; (3) plastics; 4) glass; 5) multi-material packaging; 6) expired drugs and chemicals; 7. hazardous waste; 8. waste ineligible as household medical waste as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes; 9) waste batteries and accumulators; 10) furniture and other bulky waste; 11) used tires from passenger vehicles – in the amount of up to 4 pieces from one property;
12) construction and demolition waste – in the amount of up to 1 m3 from one property; 13. textiles and clothing; 14) waste electrical and electronic equipment. The estimated amount of waste is indicated in Annex 2b to the Terms of Reference (valuation form)
