PFA invites organisations to participate in a 60 month DPS for Asbestos works and services. The DPS will be accessible by members of PFA. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities and all other Contracting Authorities that are located in the United Kingdom (“Customers”), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.

The DPS is also available to all current and future members of PFA, a public sector consortium with a list of members available from: www.procurementforall.co.uk/about/members/

The estimated value of contracts to be awarded through the DPS during the 60 month period is approximately 50 000 000 GBP excluding VAT. Any estimate of value is for information purposes only. Therefore, please note that there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the DPS and Customers will be entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers.

Category 1: Asbestos Surveying.

Including but not limited to all Asbestos Surveying services to include (but not limited to) surveying, sampling and analysis of asbestos to domestic and communal / commercial areas (both occupied and void) to the relevant current British Standards at the time of draw down.

Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 25 000 000 GBP.

Category 2: Asbestos Removals. Including but not limited to all Asbestos Removal from domestic and communal / commercial areas (both occupied and void) to the relevant current British Standards at the time of draw down.

Contracts awarded under this DPS Category may include all or a mix of the works and services highlighted above. Estimated total value of contracts to be awarded under this Category during the 60 month period is 25 000 000 GBP.
