Mount Green Housing Association (MGHA) wishes to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor in connection with delivering their Gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works to domestic properties. MGHA provides a range of housing and support services in the Surrey area. The contract will service approximately 500 units (subject to change as the Contracting Authority acquires and disposes of stock) consisting of the provision of a comprehensive 24-hour, 365-day call-out heating service. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise of a single contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single Contract.
