The subject of the contract is the preparation of a draft forest management plan together with the development of a forecast of the impact of the draft forest management plan on the environment for the Augustów Forest District. Scope of the contract: Execution of forest management works for the forest district according to the data: Total area 26105 ha, Total forests 25593 ha, Wooded land 24470 ha, Unforested land 417 ha, Land associated with forest management 706 ha Non-forest land 512 ha. The forest management plan is prepared as at 1.01.2025. The possibility of changes (+/-) up to 100 ha of the development area is reserved, which may be the result of verification of the land register, real estate turnover (exchange, purchase / sale), transfer or termination of management during the performance of equipment works - which, however, will not affect the amount of remuneration. Land intended for afforestation should be consistent with the local spatial development plan, only such will be included in the forest management plan. The territorial range of the Forest District covers an area of 145900 ha. The land of the Augustów Forest District is located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Recommendations: The Forest District has a habitat study that should be used for equipment works. As part of the preparatory work, the boundaries of habitat divisions should be applied to the field sketch. Forest inventory (preparatory work, forest taxonomy, inventory of wood resources, development of inventory results, including descriptions, maps, tables and lists, and collection of data supplementing the inventory). Inventory of wood resources – stratification of groups of forest stands should be performed after the preparation of new taxis descriptions. Define economic tasks for the forest district. Prepare an elaboration for foresters (extract from the general description, the Nature Conservation Program – data on forestry and Forecasts). Prepare a screed - a general description for the forest district with a set of maps. Update the nature protection program and make maps of natural and cultural values of the Forest District at a scale of 1:50 000. The subject of the contract are services in the field of preparing a habitat study for the Supraśl Forest District as at 31.12.2024" as preparatory works for the draft forest management plan.

The object of habitat works are land managed by the Supraśl Forest District. The indicated area includes forest land located in the Supraśl Forest District with an area of 17073 ha. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 100 ha of the development area during the performance of the works in question, resulting from changes in the ownership of the Forest District, which, however, will not affect the amount of remuneration.

Scope and requirements: Habitat characteristics – volume I: Habitat documentation should be prepared for the entire forest district. This study should be in the form of a printout, in hardcover and contain the following issues and materials: characteristics of selected elements of the natural environment of the Forest District, taking into account habitat, geological, climatic, hydrological conditions, natural-forest, physico-geographical, geobotanical and historical conditions of forest management; soil characteristics, including a detailed description of soil types and subtypes and forest humus; characteristics of forest habitat types, taking into account moisture variants;

issues related to the Habitat Soil Index (SIG); characteristics of the state of habitats; characteristics of plant communities; characteristics of tree and shrub species – including their forest-forming role; principles of habitat restoration, including, m.in. a proposal for remedial measures for habitats deviating from the natural state, threats caused by changes in water relations; assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats subject to the protection of a Natura 2000 site; general guidelines for planning and breeding, including proposals for species composition of renewals in relation to habitat types and plant communities.; a list of the literature used to compile the essay. Descriptions of typological surfaces – volume II: contains descriptions of typological reference and basic surfaces, summary descriptions of auxiliary surfaces and a list of abbreviations used in descriptions of typological surface sheets.

Cartographic materials in digital and analog versions; Database materials (to make a geometric base of habitats); Photo documentation from typological surfaces.
