Receipt of municipal waste from property owners from the area of the inter-municipal union “Clean Region”

1) Receiving municipal waste from the property on which residents reside (inhabited properties);

2) Receiving municipal waste from real estate, which in part constitute the property on which the inhabitants reside, and in the part of the property on which the inhabitants do not reside, and activities are carried out as defined in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the congregation of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” of 20 October 2020

On arranging the collection of municipal waste from property owners,

on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created, located

in the area of municipalities — members of the Inter-Municipal Union “Pure Region” and repeal of resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Union “Pure Region” with its seat

in Kędzierzyn-Koźlu of 6 June 2016 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from the owners of properties on which the inhabitants do not reside and municipal waste is created in the area of municipalities — members of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” (real estate mixed);

3) Receiving municipal waste from properties on which residents do not reside, and activities are carried out as defined in Resolution No LXXIV/19/2020 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” of 20 October 2020 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste arises located in the area of municipalities — members of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” and the repeal of the resolution No LII/63/16 of the Assembly of the Inter-Municipal Union “Pure Region” with its seat in Kędzierzyn-Koźl dated 6 June 2016 on the organisation of the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created in the area of municipalities — members of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region” (uninhabited property);

4) Equipment of the property referred to in points 1 to 3 with containers and bags intended for the collection of municipal waste in quantity and capacity in accordance with the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Inter-Municipal Union “Clean Region”;

5) Maintenance of containers in proper ordinal and technical condition;

6) Providing two mobile collection points of municipal waste for residents of the sector hereinafter referred to as MPSZOK in the sołectwy: Zalesie Śląskie and Raszowa., as well as to conduct stock collections of selected waste fractions — and after the launch of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter: 'PSZOK') — export of waste accumulated on the PSZOK each time on the request of the Contracting Authority within the time limit indicated in the offer by the Contractor;

7) Reception and management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste such as: expired medicines, non-medical waste, chemicals, batteries

and batteries, used electrical and electronic equipment, tires;

8) Reception and management of waste collected in an electropoint located in the village of Leśnica or electropoints that will appear during the implementation of the contract. The location of the electropoint will be passed after the contract is signed.
