Dimensioning procedures and proofs

Preparation and planning:

The Contractor independently plans its internal construction site workflow. As a result, all possible construction process-related expenses for hoists, mobile crane operations, intermediate construction conditions, provisional solutions, supports, load-bearing supports, gauges, etc. are an integral part of the contractor's performance and become an integral part of the contractor's performance.

not paid separately. In good time before the scaffolding work begins, the contractor will clarify the following issues with the client unsolicited:

- if necessary, dismantling in sections, required working heights, height of last scaffolding position,

- position of scaffolding anchorage,

- type of scaffold anchoring (e.g. permanent stand anchors), - way of closing scaffolding anchor holes,

- location of ladder aisles and, if necessary, stair towers,

- load capacity of the substrate, intended use of the scaffolding and expected loads/loads,

- if necessary, height offsets or slopes in the stand area,

- requirement for pad extensions,

- protective covers on sealing surfaces, if necessary,

- If necessary, advanced sealings below scaffold contact areas.

General information:

Armaments are only to be dismantled or converted upon request by the client. Armaments must be dismantled or converted no later than 3 days after release and

leave immediately. After this period, the risk of damage to components that are still fitted passes to the contractor.

If the contractor does not make the required arrangements for work execution, the contractor is liable for damages to the client.

Execution:

The armour must be set up in such a way that residents and craftsmen can enter and pass through the construction site without any danger. All entrances and access routes

as well as escape and rescue routes must be kept free of armor or built over their full width. For each scaffolding section, one mounting point for one

swing arm lift. The anchoring technique and the closing of the anchoring holes must be matched to the layer structure of the component and to the facade system. At the client's request, an anchoring plan is to

and coordinate with the AG. For scaffolding on water-bearing surfaces (e.g. canopies, flat roofs, roof terraces), the AN must calculate and provide for the necessary protective measures for water-bearing seals and load distribution measures. Damage or perforation of these layers is to be avoided. These surfaces may only be used within the limits of the permitted

load can be used. At least one ladder passage must be provided for each side of the facade that is to be equipped separately. In principle, at least one ladder passage must be provided for each facade and compass direction. The set-up is to be constructed in such a way that the scaffolding layers pass through at the same height even when the ground is offset in height.

Before the installation is carried out, the contractor informs himself which facade areas are released for fastening the equipment and how scaffolding anchor holes in plaster surfaces are to be closed. Measures against static charging (e.g. lightning strike) must be provided for metal scaffolding. Dust protection films or nets must be installed in a uniform color as new. Damaged nets or films must be replaced by the AN without being asked.
