A separate project organisation shall undertake the planning and construction of the project Tromsøbadet in Tromsø on behalf of the project owner and the contracting authority Tromsø municipality.

Relevant tenderers are hereby invited to submit tenders for contract 82BL-construction management (2 contracts) and contract 82BHR-builder consultancy services (2 contracts).

Brief description of the contracts:

1. 82BL comprises technical construction management and it is divided into the disciplines 82BL-VVS/ BAT(plumbing, air and pool work) and 82BL-ELA (electrotechnical work).

Presence at the construction site is required for technical construction management.

2. 82BHR comprises builder consultancy services and it is divided into the disciplines 82BHR-VVS/ BAT (plumbing, air treatment and pool) and 82BHR-ELA (electrotechnical work).

The builder consultant shall undertake the follow-up of, and be a link between, the consultant and contractor, as well s provide technical assistance to the builder.

Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several contracts/disciplines.
