Description:

The National Police and others offers a framework agreement on the provision of recruitment services to the authorities participating in the tender. The framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-agreements. The supplier is expected to be able to provide recruitment services in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands for both sub-agreements. Part 1 deals with the recruitment of top managers, managers and specialists. Subpart 2 concerns the recruitment of multiple / multiple but uniform profiles.

Framework agreement on the provision of recruitment services - Recruitment of top managers, managers and specialists

The contracting entity offers a framework agreement on the provision of recruitment services. The framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-agreements. Each sub-agreement constitutes an independent framework agreement. An agreement is entered into with one supplier on each sub-agreement, which must be a sparring partner and supplier of recruitment services during the term of the sub-agreement. The framework agreement will give the client the right - but not the obligation - to purchase services covered by the framework agreement. The supplier is expected to be able to provide recruitment services in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands for both sub-agreements. However, there is likely to be a very limited number of recruits that will have to be carried out in Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Subpart 1:

- The recruitment benefits under sub-agreement 1 relate to the recruitment of top managers, managers and specialists. The contractor needs to be able to act agile in relation to the recruitment tasks that are in the organizations. The contracting authority may need search and recruitment assistance when hiring top managers, managers and specialists in particularly strategic positions in the authorities' area. With such strategic recruits, there is a need and great signal value that the recruitment is supported by an external consultancy specializing in executive search.

Framework agreement on the provision of recruitment services - Recruitment of multiple / many but uniform profiles

The contracting entity offers a framework agreement on the provision of recruitment services. The framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-agreements. Each sub-agreement constitutes an independent framework agreement. An agreement is entered into with one supplier on each sub-agreement, which must be a sparring partner and supplier of recruitment services during the term of the sub-agreement. The framework agreement will give the client the right - but not the obligation - to purchase services covered by the framework agreement. The supplier is expected to be able to provide recruitment services in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands for both sub-agreements. However, there is likely to be a very limited number of recruits that will have to be carried out in Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Subpart 2:

Recruitment services on sub-agreement 2 relate to the recruitment of several / many but uniform profiles, ie. recruitments of a certain extent / with a large volume within a relatively short time frame in, for example, political decisions. This type of recruitment can take place simultaneously at different locations in Denmark, and there is therefore a need for the supplier to make available a large number of recruitment consultants in a broad geographical area at short notice including in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
