With this procurement, SVOA intends to cover its need for access to a hardened surface of up to 18,000 m2 for intermediate storage of sludge for later onward transport to different customers. Management of process and stormwater is included in the assignment. 9000 m2 will be ready for use from the start of the contract and the storage area will be gradually expanded from 9000 m2 to 18000 m2 during the contract period in line with growing needs and population.

The assignment includes handling of sludge at the sludge warehouse. SVOA is responsible, under its own auspices or through an external actor, for the transport of sludge to and from the sludge storage.
