This consultation concerns the treatment of waste resulting from the activities of the technical departments of the member municipalities of Orléans Métropole and of the departments of Orléans Métropole (six lots). The consultation will give rise to five single-beneficiary framework agreements with purchase orders (lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6) concluded without a minimum or maximum amount in value per period of validity and to an ordinary contract (lot 5) , executed according to the quantities of metals actually deposited by each member of the group adhering to lot no. 5, according to the indications in the act of engagement and the unit price schedule. The consultation takes place within the framework of a group of orders for which Orléans Métropole ensures the coordination on behalf of the members indicated in article 1 of the consultation regulations.
