The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and repair services for official vehicles of the Municipal Guard m.st. Warsaw, divided into parts, understood as a comprehensive technical service of a total of 260 vehicles in such a way that the technical condition of these vehicles does not raise objections and allows their safe and trouble-free use. The Contractor will provide the above-mentioned services, to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ and the provisions of the Model Contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Task 1 - Maintenance of 74 vehicles assigned to branches: OT 1, OT 5, AdministrationThe subject of the contract is comprehensive technical service of 74 vehicles assigned to branches: OT 1, OT 5, Administration
The Contractor must have one workshop/service station, which will be the place of technical service for Task No. 1, located in one of the following districts of m.st Warsaw: BEMOWO, WOLA, OCHOTA, ŻOLIBORZ.
The scope of services provided also includes towing the Ordering Party's vehicles assigned to the task. In order to remove the effects of the failure, these vehicles will be towed from the area covering the entire capital city of Warsaw to the Contractor's workshop/service station located in one of the above-mentioned districts.
The list of vehicles assigned to Task No. 1 is contained in Annex 1 to the OPZ.
Task 2 - Maintenance of 59 vehicles assigned to branches: OT 2, OT 3, OS-RI PolThe subject of the contract is the technical maintenance of 59 vehicles assigned to branches: OT 2, OT 3, OS-RI Pol.
The Contractor must have one workshop/service station, which will be the place of technical service for Task No. 2, located in one of the following districts m.st Warsaw: BEMOWO, WOLA, OCHOTA, ŻOLIBORZ.

The Contractor must have one workshop/service station, which will be the place of technical service for Task No. 3, located in one of the following districts of m.st Warsaw: PRAGA POŁUDNIE, PRAGA PÓŁNOC, TARGÓWEK.
The scope of services provided also includes towing the Ordering Party's vehicles assigned to the task. In order to remove the effects of the failure, these vehicles will be towed from the area covering the entire capital city of Warsaw to the Contractor's workshop/service station located in one of the above-mentioned districts.

The Contractor must have one workshop/service station, which will be the place of technical service for Task No. 4, located in one of the following districts of the Capital City of Warsaw: PRAGA POŁUDNIE, PRAGA PÓŁNOC, TARGÓWEK.
The scope of services provided also includes towing the Ordering Party's vehicles assigned to the task. In order to remove the effects of the failure, these vehicles will be towed from the area covering the entire capital city of Warsaw to the Contractor's workshop/service station located in one of the above-mentioned districts.
