The internal and external telephony of the City of Munich is ensured by the use of numerous telecommunications components.
The object of the procurement is the conclusion of framework agreements on "Telecommunications technology of the manufacturer Unify" (Lot 1) and "Accessories for telecommunications technology" (Lot 2).
A framework agreement is to be concluded with one economic operator per lot. The term of the framework agreements of 48 months begins with the respective award of the contract, but at the earliest on 01.03.2023. The contractual relationships are still limited to the maximum value of the respective lot and are therefore limited not only to the term, but also to the maximum value of the respective lot.
During the entire term of the contract, the client expects the following estimates:
- Fate 1: 43.770.000,00 € net
- Fate 2: 664.000,00 € net
The maximum value for lot 1 is € 48,739,495.80 net.
The maximum value for lot 2 is € 840,336.13 net.
LV Framework Agreement telecommunications technology / Lot 1: UnifyLot 1 includes the following services:
- Replacement procurement for defective telecommunications components
- Expansion of the existing telecommunications system network with VoIP technology of the latest generation
- Renewal of the existing ISDN technology of the telecommunications systems by VoIP systems with current hardware and software versions
- Services for existing system components and new system components to be procured during the term of the contract, if necessary with support from the manufacturer Unify

During the entire term of the contract, the client expects the following estimate:
- Fate 1: 43.770.000,00 € net
The maximum value for lot 1 is € 48,739,495.80 net.
The contractual relationship is therefore not only limited to the term, but also to the maximum value.
LV Framework Agreement TK-Technik / Lot 2: AccessoriesLot 2 includes the following services:
- Delivery of headsets
- Delivery of analog terminals and teleconferencing systems
- Delivery router
During the entire term of the contract, the client expects the following estimate:
- Fate 2: 664.000,00 € net
The maximum value for lot 2 is € 840,336.13 net.
The contractual relationship is therefore not only limited to the term, but also to the maximum value.
