1. Supply and assembly on the basis of the technical documentation held by the Contracting Authority 135 pieces of factory new biomass boilers (pellet) in residential buildings, including:
96 pieces, each with a power of min. 25 kW,
39 pieces, each with a power of min. 15 kW,
2) installations must have a display menu in English,
3) the installation of the suppository to the chimney,
4) installation of installation security,
5) making the connection of the boiler to the installation of central heating,
6) making the connection of the boiler to the installation of the c.w.u,
7) delivery and installation of circulating pumps,
8) delivery and installation of the control and control system,
9) the performance of trials, tests and commissioning of the biomass boiler plant,
10) reconstituting any affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or affected by installation of installations to the original condition,
11) the development, implementation and maintenance for a period of 5 years, counting from the date of the faultless receipt of the order, an intelligent energy management system in accordance with the specification set out in the Annex
No 10 to SWZ,
12. Performing annual readings throughout the maintenance of the system of the quantities of electricity produced by the installation and transfer them to the Contracting Authority,
13) the contractor has a duty to train the installation user
in the operation of the boiler. The device should have an attached Technical and Movement Documentation, an instruction manual written in non-technical language and a general installation scheme. The transfer to the user of the installation of the Technical and Movement Documentation and the instruction manual should be confirmed by the protocol,
14) marking of all installations with information that the investment is made under the project number RPLU.04.01.00-06-0157/19 “Clean energy in the municipality of Sands - installation of solar, photovoltaic and biomass boilers” co-financed by the European Development Fund Regional under Priority Axis 4 Environmentally friendly energy, Action 4.1 Support for the use of RES Regional Operational Programme of Lublin Voivodeship for 2014-2020. Competition no: RPLU.04.01.00-IZ.00-06-001/19.
15) manufacture and transfer to the investor documentation (in electronic form on the CD and in the paper version) from each performed installation imaging its execution, i.e. 10 photos after installation and 5 photos before installation. Photos should be described with the symbols of the devices used and elements.
16) execution of post-construction documentation according to the guidelines of the Inspector of Investor Supervision,
17) carrying out a balaclava review with cleaning before boiler starts,
18) manufacture of electrical equipment to the extent necessary for the operation of automation and boiler.
19. Other elements included in Annex 1 to the SWZ (design documentation) and the draft agreement constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ.
