The subject of the contract is the provision and performance of the service of supervising tasks related to the management of real estate owned by the State Treasury's Agricultural Property Resource for the National Agricultural Support Center, located within the contracting authority's area of activity, i.e. in the Choszczno poviat and the Stargard poviat in the field of construction law in 2019 .

The subject of the contract is the provision and performance of the service of supervising tasks related to the management of real estate owned by the State Treasury's Agricultural Property Resource for the National Agricultural Support Center, located within the contracting authority's area of activity, i.e. in the Choszczno poviat and the Stargard poviat in the field of construction law in 2019 . As part of the service, the Contractor will be required to perform, in particular, the following activities:

1. Supervision of construction works carried out on the property of the WRSP Stock, taking into account the principles arising from the guidelines of KOWR and according to the procedures in force at the KOWR Branch.

2. Verification of investment applications of tenants, in particular:

a) determining and classifying the type of tenant's intentions,

b) assessment of the application in terms of its completeness,

c) assessment of the tenant's cost assumptions, and if the investment were to be carried out with KOWR funds - agreeing the initial assumptions for costing,

d) conducting local visions with the employees of WKURiGZ on which the tenant intends to invest,

e) cooperation with the investment commission in considering investment applications and preparing investment agreements.

3. Verification of as-built cost estimates submitted by lessees.

4. Participation in investment acceptance.

5. Cooperation with WKURiGZ in the scope of including investments in lease contracts.

6. Supervision over the course and control of the decommissioning process of construction works, in particular:

- receipt and evaluation of applications for the liquidation of construction works,

- obtaining opinions of employees of the Local Section regarding facilities subject to liquidation,

- issuing opinions on the merits of decommissioning buildings,

- correspondence with tenants, if decommissioning is carried out by tenants,

- preparing cost estimates for demolitions for the needs of WKURiGZ,

- development of design documentation and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works for construction works

- verification of demolition cost estimates submitted by lessees,

- preparation of documentation for the needs of decommissioning processes, including determination of decommissioning costs and demolition materials, preparation of project documentation as well as technical specifications for demolition performance and acceptance together with complete applications for building permits, submission of demolition notifications and preparation of demolition description

- inventory of construction objects,

- assessment of the technical condition of buildings, structures and equipment,

- field trips, as needed, for properties located within the area of operation of KOWR OT Szczecin.

7. Supervision over the implementation of tasks in the field of housing management in order to intensify activities aimed at the permanent distribution of housing properties remaining in the Stock.

8. Preparation of technical cost estimate documentation necessary in the contract award procedure - it concerns the liquidation of facilities.

9. Preparation of technical and cost estimate documentation necessary in the contract award procedure - concerns the maintenance of detailed drainage facilities.

10. Sending and receiving correspondence related to the Employer's service through the electronic circulation of cases and documents, including the preparation of responses addressed to external entities,

11. Completing documentation of completed construction works for financial settlements,

12. Other activities necessary to implement the tasks set out in point 1-10.
